One is live. One lays eggs. One runs the company.
A strength training app for men 40+ who used to train, fell off, and want to restart 3 days a week without getting hurt. You tell it what hurts; it leaves those exercises out and plans around the joints you actually have. Every workout logged, every PR tracked.
A layer farm in Kumasi. Eggs collected in the morning and sold by the crate to kitchens, shops and homes across the city. A partner business, run on the ground in Ghana.
The company behind all of this is one person and a set of AI agents: research, writing, QA, compliance and the weekly review run as agents I build and supervise. Next test: whether one can keep the farm's daily records. Not for sale yet. I write about what works and what doesn't.
I grew up in the inner city with no roadmap. I made choices I'm not proud of, and I did time for them.
When I got out, most doors were closed, so I taught myself what I could and started small. I learned one thing that has held up ever since: the simple, consistent thing usually wins. Not the trend, not the hack. Showing up, keeping records, fixing what broke.
That is how I build now. Products for people who are usually an afterthought: men over 40 who want to lift again without getting hurt, and a farm in Kumasi that sells eggs by the crate. I build them with a small set of AI agents, and I share the whole thing as it happens.
Right now, the bet is LetsBurnFit. Through October most of my hours go to getting it in front of men 40+ who want to restart strength training, and finding out whether they will pay for it. I'll post what happened either way.
BDO Farms keeps laying and selling. The next experiment there is an agent that keeps the daily records: eggs, feed, sales.
